Poesie-Therapie
Seit 2015 arbeite ich mit Poesie als Kraft der Transformation und der Heilung nach traumatischen Erfahrungen. Durch den Prozess der Symbolisierung wird eine Transformation von Erfahrungen möglich. Im kreativen und metaphorischen Ausdruck lernt das Individuum der eigenen Intuition und inneren Weisheit zu vertrauen. Die eigene Stimme kann ein Ort werden, um Gewalterfahrungen zu benennen und damit erneut ein Bewusstsein der eigenen Handlungsfähigkeit zu erlangen. Die poetische Sprache erlaubt dem Individuum, dem eigenen Rhythmus der Heilung zu folgen. Sie schützt vor neuen Verletzungen. Poesie erlaubt, wenn dies gewünscht wird, die eigenen Erfahrungen an die Öffentlichkeit zu tragen.
